Leadership Coaching + Executive Advising

What’s the difference between Leadership Coaching and Executive Advising?

Leadership Coaching: Centers on enhancing an individual's leadership skills, such as communication, team management, and conflict resolution, applicable at various organizational levels. This can be for 6- 12 months or longer.

Executive Advising: Targets senior executives, offering strategic guidance on organizational challenges, decision-making, and aligning business goals with leadership strategies. This can be an ongoing engagement for a monthly fee or a “pick my brain” a la carte service.

My expertise helps leaders navigate challenging conversations, bridge divides, and foster stronger, more effective teams. By addressing leadership and communication challenges as they arise, I equip executives with practical strategies to enhance engagement, decision-making, and long-term organizational growth.
